What is worrying about this is... Impressionable americans might think this is a aggressive form of brain washing or somthing but is in fact the opposite.. but because the way it presented to those who dont speak arabic it could seem that way. So detailed explanation is required to stop this myth. Mosts Arabs believe in reasonable reasoned thought and society.... Just thought Id add that... Big Up World Unity and Understanding

I hope that I gave simple introduction and definition about the poem and the poet. Please let me know if you need something specific about any of those.
The first four lines and the last line (line means in Arabic "Abi'at") of the poem are lyrical, which we called "Shilah". The poem generally, and based on my understanding, has different talk, like loving home tribe, situation of the entire world (especially the Arab world), and mentioned many historical and Farsi names mentioned in historical stories and myths
The poem here is something gathered between classical and slang Arabic language. Really it is difficult to anyone speaks Arabic to translate this poem to English or any other languages, since this poem has difficult Arabic words which not all Arabic people deliberating these words

Here, the name of the poet is "Nasser Mohammed Fares Al-Farinah Al-Subaie". "Subaie" is one of famous Arab tribes, settlement often in the Arabian Peninsula. Nasser is a famous poet in the Arabian Peninsula, Saudi Arabia, Arabian Gulf, and Arab world generally.
